3 Areas of Focus
- SPEED AND QUICKNESS TRAINING
Building quickness through fun and challenging drills that transform the mind and body into an Elite Athlete. Training can be done individually or in small groups.
- SHOOTING TRAINING
Weekly meetings and training are the best way to go to break poor habits and raise your shooting percentages. Focus is on footwork and form. This eventually trains athletes to read and react coming off of screens. All student athletes are given self directed programs to work on between sessions.
- TOUCH DEVELOPMENT
As coaches we can teach defensive positioning pretty quickly but TOUCH is a much coveted skill. We work on all the necessary shots near the hoop in high repetition. This includes: floaters, off the glass, reverses, short pull ups and off hand finishes. We make your touch a new piece of your game. Self directed programs are provided for work between sessions. This demands a long process but results will be seen within a month.
