ONE PASS AHEAD as a team, we are all one

Our team has one Vision and together our combined Passion will be our Success in the end.

The name One Pass Ahead is meant to imply that as players on the court we are challenged mentally and physically to think a few steps ahead of the opponent. We run a distinct offense that is for the development of the younger athletes LTAD (Long Term Athlete Development). Over time athletes are able to think and react to how defenses guard us. Making reads and not being "trains on a track" is the most vital skill a player can learn as it is portable to any other offense that they may play in the future.

ONE PASS AHEAD allows players to enjoy the challenge of decision making at a fast pace which can lead to success off and on the court.
